About Get It

Get It is a free & confidential service, facilitated by METRO, for young people to access condoms and/or Chlamydia & Gonorrhoea testing kits dependent on their location; Kent, Medway, Wandsworth, Richmond, Merton or Bexley.

Kent & Medway

  • To order condoms online you must be between the ages of 16-24 with a delivery postcode in Kent or Medway.
  • Once you’ve registered you can get free condoms by ordering a pack online and by visiting one of our many Easy Access Points across Kent & Medway. If you are outside the age range for these services, you can visit your local Contraceptive and Health Service.

Wandsworth & Richmond

  • To order a chlamydia & gonorrhoea test, order condoms, and register for a c-card online you must be between the ages of 16-24 with a delivery postcode in the boroughs of Wandsworth, Richmond.
  • Once you’ve registered, you can get a free chlamydia and gonorrhoea test sent to you. You can also get free condoms by ordering a pack online and by having a c-card issued which will allow you to access free condoms at outlets all over London. If you are outside the age range for these services, you can visit your local Contraceptive and Health Service.

Merton

  • To order a chlamydia & gonorrhoea test you must be between the ages of 16-24 with a delivery postcode in the borough of Merton.
  • Once you’ve registered, you can get a free chlamydia and gonorrhoea test sent to you. You can also get free condoms by having a c-card which will allow you to access free condoms at outlets all over London. If you are outside the age range for these services, you can visit your local Contraceptive and Health Service.

Bexley

  • To order a chlamydia & gonorrhoea test, order condoms, and register for a c-card online you must be between the ages of 16-24 with a delivery postcode in the borough of Bexley.
  • Once you’ve registered, you can get a free chlamydia and gonorrhoea test sent to you. You can also get free condoms by ordering a pack online and by having a c-card issued which will allow you to access free condoms at outlets all over London. If you are outside the age range for these services, you can visit your local Contraceptive and Health Service.
  • If you are aged 16 or above you can register online by completing a quick and easy form.
  • In Kent, Medway, Richmond & Wandsworth we will send a pack of condoms and your condom card to the address you’ve supplied. You can then use your account to order two packs of condoms every month and/or go to an Easy Access Point/outlet nearby and pick up some more.
  • In Richmond, Wandsworth & Merton we will send you a Chlamydia & Gonorrhoea test to the address you’ve supplied. If your results are negative you will receive a text message stating this. If you have a positive result for Chlamydia and/or Gonorrhoea you will be given a telephone number to call in the text message.
  • In Bexley we will send a pack of condoms and your condom card to the address you’ve supplied. You can use your account to order two packs of condoms every month/and or go to an Easy Access Point/outlet nearby and pick up some more.
  • In Bexley we will send you a Chlamydia & Gonorrhoea test to the address you’ve supplied. If your results are negative you will receive a text message stating this. If you have a positive result for Chlamydia and/or Gonorrhoea you will be given a telephone number to call in the text message.
  • If you are under 16 or want to speak to someone in person, you can visit one of our Easy Access Points/outlets, where a trained professional will walk you through the registration process and have a conversation around safe sex and healthy relationships. The registration should take around 15 minutes. Upon completion, you will be issued with a c-card. You can then visit any Get It! registered outlet to top up on condoms (6 at a time).
